Innogage Solutions LLC ("Innogage," "we," "us") operates innogagesolutions.ai. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what you give us through forms, plus standard analytics, and we never sell your information.
What we collect
- Information you provide - name, email, phone number, business name, and anything you write in a contact form, guide download, newsletter signup, or booking request.
- Collected automatically - pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location, and referral source, via cookies and similar technologies.
Tools we use
The following services process visitor data on our behalf: Google Analytics 4 (site analytics), Google Ads (advertising measurement and remarketing), Apollo.io and IDPixel (business-visitor identification, which may associate your visit with publicly available business contact information), Klaviyo (email marketing), FormSubmit (form delivery), Google Calendar (booking), and Vercel (hosting). Each receives only the data needed for its function.
How we use it
- To respond to inquiries and deliver what you asked for (the guide, the newsletter, a quote).
- To send relevant follow-up email if you opted in - every email includes one-click unsubscribe.
- To understand what content works and improve the site.
- To measure advertising performance.
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share client business data with third parties beyond the processors listed above. For healthcare clients, HIPAA Business Associate Agreements are available and we handle protected health information only under those terms.
Cookies and choices
You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them. To opt out of Google Analytics, use Google's opt-out tool. To opt out of remarketing, visit Google Ads Settings.
Retention and your rights
We keep form submissions and email subscriptions until you ask us to delete them or they're no longer needed. You can request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion at any time - email sergei@innogagesolutions.ai and we'll respond within 10 business days.
Children
Our services are for businesses; we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
